Integration with Tribe Customer Community
I know there are a ton of community tools out there, but Tribe is the #1 business community tool on G2. I listened to a podcast with their founder and I believe they have over 2M communities created on their platform.
Tribe is a really versatile tool, it can be embedded into other products, it is really customizable, and simple to use.
Some of the initial use cases I can think of:
- Tracking member engagement in the community within CS so the CSM can integrate that into the score and conversation history.
- Connecting attributes from the community profile and CS profile for accurate reporting
