Engagement Counts/Reporting Parity

Engagement metrics should only be counted for the resource from which the engagement originates, not any resources cc'd or informed on the engagement.
For example, in the attached screenshots, you'll see a sales resource, Matt, is receiving engagement metrics for a customer, the most recent which appears to be an email from Feb 5. However, if you review the engagements from that day for that same customer, none of the engagements originated from him, he did not personally action in any capacity with that customer, he is only CC'd or on the TO address line on multiple emails. In fact, he appears to have 7 total emails for that customer from an engagement perspective but hasn't personally engaged with them ever.
