Engagement Organization

It would be ideal if engagements (specifically emails) were organized by conversations (and collapsed, similar to outlook settings), to avoid 'duplicate' engagements for each email response in a chain, and to streamline the UI and Engagements pane. Ex. 1 conversation in outlook made up of 6 emails, vs. 3 engagements in CS made up of 2 emails each.
