Add Contact Segment Trigger for Automations

It would be really helpful to set up automations based on Customer segments.

Example:

I have a contact segment for unresponsive Tier 3 customers that have <25% utilization.

Trigger - When customer enters/leaves XXXX Customer Segment

Customer Segment - Select Segment

Follow Up Action - Send email checking in on usage and xyz.

This allows more specific and custom automations and less manual work for sending out emails and creating tasks for CSMs
