RAG Status Feedback
We've embedded ClientSuccess into our business over the past couple of years, so we regularly share our CS dashboards with the wider business. Our non-CS colleagues always seem to focus on the Pulse attributed to an account as the RAG status colours make it stand out. I believe the SuccessScore gets a bit lost in the noise, as there is no RAG status or similar to make it stand out as an important metric. Pulse only forms part of our SuccessScore; we feel it shouldn't be the standout metric.
We'd love it if it were possible to add RAG coding to SuccessScore, as we feel it is the most comprehensive quantitative metric to measure the success of our customers.
