NPS actions - vary by campaign and more

We leverage both the NPS in CS (to PPOCs) as well as Satismeter within our application, which is integrated into CS for visibility. Satismeter responses are from application users and not our regular contacts, so it would be immensely beneficial to automate responses to these by ranking (detractor & neutral vs promoter). We do store all of the users' contacts in CS but are marked inactive to avoid cluttering our customer account views.

Ideally, if we could have automation target responses to the satismeter surveys (even to inactive contacts - by targeting specific campaigns) or by allowing customer segments (including inactive) to be used in automation with NPS.
