  • Create as many Account Teaming roles as you like to represent the account team.​
  • Enhanced Customer Dashboard with Customer Logo, Region & Account Team.
  • Roles are Actionable Placeholders in 1:Many Emails, Automation, and the Grid.
  • Filter by Role across the reporting suite.
  • Map Roles in the CRM Integration to be automatically sync'd into ClientSuccess.
  • Account Team Roles supported with Role-based Selector
  • Updated page title for the CSM Engagement report to be called Team Member Engagement report when Account Teaming is enabled
  • Global Settings>Customers - Added Primary Role column
