Churn Subscription/Contract when Customer status is 'Churned'

Our Ops Team spotted something curious – a churned customer from about a month back popped up in our Renewal Health reporting as past due. When I brought this up to my CSM, I found out that besides churning the customer's account, we've got to churn any open contracts or subscriptions too (they did give some handy instructions though!).

But honestly, adding this extra step feels a bit unnecessary. It would be cool if contracts and subscriptions automatically churned when we mark the customer as 'Churned'. On that note, it would also be stellar if it was possible to schedule a future churn date. That way, on said date, the customer would automatically be removed from active reporting. It'd be like a 'set it and forget it' deal, sparing us from keeping tabs on it till the subscription ends and hoping we don't forget to update the status.
