Delete subscription when associated opportunity is deleted in Salesforce

There are times when our sales team will delete an opportunity in Salesforce that is associated with/linked to a forecasted subscription within Clientsuccess. However, when the opportunity is deleted in Salesforce, it does not delete the forecasted subscription in the Revenue box of Clientsuccess which leads to confusion and inaccurate and inconsistent data between the two systems.

Can the subscriptions be automatically deleted to maintain consistency between SF and CS?
