more robust FreshDesk integration

Would love to see last notes and authors as data polled from FD. Currently the integration links to FS, but only provides the case no, rep, and base level case info (like date created); my CSMs then have to dig into a separate application in FD to get the necessary details. Would also love the ability to have dashboard style visibility to open cases, days open, ttc, etc.
