Hi Fellow CS Leaders!

How are you sending your NPS surveys?

  • Do you send periodically to 100% of your customers?
  • Do you send it as a result of certain customer journey milestones?
  • Do you include additional questions on top of the generic 'will you recommend' or is it purely NPS?
