Remove customer from NPS

Although we just created a drop down to move a specific customer contact into an NPS group of "Do not send," it would be helpful to have an option to move an entire customer into that group. Occasionally we have a customer who we know is churned prior to their renewal. Instead of waiting for their renewal date to pass to move them to "inactive," it would be nice to be able to put the entire customer on "Do not send" for NPS so customers who are no longer using our product are not receiving the score, without having to
