Small tweak: additional placeholder / merge fields in email automations

For the "email" action in an automation rule, I would gain a lot of value with access to a few more fields, particularly object ID fields. Having this information would enable use of automations through Zapier, Salesforce, and Slack

Specifically:

  • Contract ID
  • Customer ID
  • Assigned CSM email
