Use of Zapier
Hi all,
In the spirit of community knowledge-sharing, I wanted to contribute how we at Learn to Win utilize Zapier in our internal tech stack in order to increase data accuracy, team efficiency, and scalability.
Zapier is a no-code software tool that allows for multi-step, multi-platform integration and workflow management to create complex automations. It costs us about $50 a month. We've deployed complex automations in minutes rather than months, and you only need a basic understanding of if/then logic and the different objects in your various systems.
A few of the automations we've created...
- Calendar integration: when a meeting is booked with a customer contact through Google Calendar, an engagement record with the meeting details in ClientSuccess
