Best Practices related to Task Module
Hello everyone. We are starting to test the Beta Task module in Client Success and would love to get some ideas on how you have found it most useful. Here are some (but not all of the items I'd be interested in)
1) Do you use this as the primary to-do list or do you pair it Jira, To-do-ist, etc.?
2) Do you create 1 overarching task and just leave the individual tasks in the comment section or do you create 1 task for every "microtask"
3) Is this module mainly used for the CS Leader to assign larger tasks to the team or does your team use this as their main to-do list for each account?
