As I have been working with new customers onboarding them onto ClientSuccess, one area that I emphasis is a regular review or audit of Pulse Reason Codes.
This is an area that is very important to keep updated with relevant supporting factors -both Risk and Success - for your CSMs to use when logging a new Pulse for their customers. You want to ensure that you are providing options that align to your business, current needs of your customers and data that can be helpful to other areas of your business.
I recommend a quarterly review of the Reason Codes to see which ones are being used most often, which ones are rarely used and if any need to be deactivated due to being irrelevant.
