Revenue Management Training for CSMs
I've been connecting with more and more CS leaders who are taking on commercial responsibilities for the business (which is great) but CSMs are being tasked to grow accounts, drive renewals and manage commercial discussions with no formal training. When I ask about their teams' experience it's usually very light and almost never includes formal training.
So for those of you who have teams managing somewhat advanced commercial motions with your customers, what training have you provided for them? How are you setting them up to succeed?
