Number of onboarding SuccessCycles?
Hi everyone - we use success cycles to track the main steps and milestones for onboarding, and often they could be in the midst of 2-3 SuccessCycles depending on what products they have purchased.
I'm looking at adding more of a customer journey SuccessCycle also, but am quite conscious that having 4-5 SuccessCycles from the get-go might clutter the account, and make things confusing/have redundancies.
How many SuccessCycles are your new customers on? And would love to hear any other thoughts here.
