From a named to CSM to pooled CSM model - what should I be looking out for?
Hi everyone!
I am looking at shifting away from our "Everyone get's a CSM" approach, to a tiered offering where only our Professional Suite clients get a CSM assigned to their account, while others will still have access to the Success Team, but just in a new way.
Has anyone gone through this kind of transition before? I'd love to hear how it went, and any guidance on how to make this as smooth as possible.
