Common Use Cases for 1:Many in ClientSuccess

It's been really cool to see how all of our customers are using 1:Many Emails in ClientSuccess, I know it's one of my favorite features. Here are a few use cases we've seen folks use it for:

1) Product Changes - Product release updates, product changes, product use cases etc.

2) Account Transitions - If you have to change CSM assignments ie) Someone leaves, promoted, customers being reassigned due to segment changes etc.

3) Marketing Initiatives - Promoting upcoming webinars or events, advocacy participation, new content etc.

4) OOO Communication - CSMs taking days off, office closures, changes in availability etc.

5) Lifecycle Email Communication - Welcome emails, follow ups, renewal notifications, exec out reach, NPS or CSAT follow up etc.
