Ability to add a "Contact Pulse"

As there are now Client Pulse and Product Pulse it would be extremely helpful to have the same metric per contact. This might be achievable through the NPS (if a user fills out the survey) but, at least for our organization, that is not always for everyone in the organizations that we work with
