Creative Ways to Track Time for Customer Engagement
We often here from some leaders that they are interested in understanding how much time CSMs are spending on each of their customers - in fact, some CSMs are trying to understand this we well. One creative way we've been able to solve for this in ClientSuccess is by using Tags and they reporting on this through the engagement reports.
We created 3 new Tags - 15 min, 30 min and 60 min (these are our most common but feel free to create a 90 min as well) We then use these tags when the team is logging engagements :
Then if you go to Reports -> Engagements -> CSM Engagements, I can see that
