Did You Know: You can act on Customer Details from the Customer Grid
Did you know that when you are in the customer grid, that those 3 dots next to the customers name allow you to take action. You can quickly set the customer pulse, add a to-do (or Task) and add a note.
Think about this in terms of your workflow. If you are a leader reviewing customers you can easily create a task for your CSM, you can add a note (something worth capturing) or if you notice something specific, it might warrant the need to update a Pulse. The same thing goes if you are a CSM. You might have created a very specific data view based on insights and filters and now want to create a Task for these specific customers - ex) Customers who haven't had a call/meeting in 45+ days; create a task to reach out and
