Our mission is to provide a helpful, meaningful, and safe place for ClientSuccess users to connect with others, ask questions, share knowledge, and provide peer-to-peer and mentor-to-peer guidance on Customer Success and how to maximize value from ClientSuccess.
To that end, we will be working hard to ensure that we align our actions with that purpose. Our community code of conduct should not only help you understand how to act within the community but also help you understand what to expect from others in this space.
You are the heart of the CS Connect Community. In order to ensure the success and safety of our community, we operate with a set code of conduct. When you join CS Connect, you are making a commitment to adhere to these guidelines.
