Today we’re excited to announce 3 new Product updates:

1. New Engagement Reports for CSM's & Customers
2. Tags for Engagements with filters in the Engagement reports
3. MixPanel & Heap Integrations for usage data

There has been so much excitement around the **New Engagement Reports** in "Beta", we've decided to give you early access while we wrap up the finishing touches. The CSM Engagement report highlights how often CSM's are engaging with customers, and where to optimize those activities with their top customers.


The corresponding Customer Engagement report provides a view of the same data with the perspective of which customers your team is spending the most time with, so you can balance or optimize the engagements with the right customers.
