Having an icon to log voicemails, which logs it as a "touch". The current workaround (https://help.clientsuccess.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000922292-The-Engagement-Module) is confusing for someone looking for voicemails. If a "voicemail" filter isn't available, your first inclination is to search for "calls".
