Time Tracking

I am shocked that their is no way to track the time spent with clients in this tool. A lot of CS Teams depend on SLA contracts that dictate the hours of service with each client. We should not have to use an outside tool or excel to track time in the system. Yes, I know I can do a custom field and do this manually, but this should really be an integration or a built in feature.
