Better Teaming Capabilities

Most functionality centers around the "assigned CSM" field which does not accommodate our team-based account model. The sales rep field should have the same capabilities. For instance, alerts do not trigger for the sales rep field. Also the ability to customize the names of the fields. We have AMs listed as CSMs and CSMs listed as sales rep which is confusing.
