Reasons picklist for NPS Survey
For the Client NPS survey, if a customer ranks us below an 8 then we require them to select from a drop down of the reasons why they gave us below an 8. Whether thats "product uptime" "support" "Product Fit" "Product Features missing" etc. It would allow us to see better why they wouldn't recommend us as a company rather than receiving a number in which many cases they don't leave a note with it. - SUP 3033
