Better searchability in Engagements

The search function in engagements is quite poor, it's almost impossible to pull up an old email or note without filtering type of engagement + typing in the exact title, and even then it doesn't always come up. Would be great to be able to search by a keyword in an email/note/call and scroll back through all engagements more than a month into the past.
