Enhance SFDC integration to pull Activities
Our CSM's work out of ClientSuccess and Sales/Marketing work out of SFDC.
Currently, the gmail integration only tracks engagements that the CSM is included on, so they end up being unaware of outreach from Marketing/Sales to our accounts.
Pulling in activities from SFDC would help keep teams aligned and improve efficiency by eliminating the need to jump between systems for simple info.
