Ability to select multiple subscriptions as trigger

We have multiple products for which I want to send a 30-day renewal notification. Currently, the only way for me to do this is to manually create nearly-identical automation rules, with the only variation being the Product. It'd be much easier if I could just select all the subscriptions for which the rule should apply.
