Automatically add new contacts based on client company email domain
When new members of a company email their CSM for the first time, this interaction is not captured by ClientSuccess and the email thread will be locked away in the personal inbox until the contact is manually updated.
This is a surprisingly manual process, especially given other platforms like HubSpot and Zendesk are able to identify new organization contacts based on their email domain and add them automatically.
Having this capability in ClientSuccess would ensure we are far less likely to miss transparency on important conversations. It would be most useful to identify the desired domains at the company level and then have ClientSuccess match any future emails.
