Hyperlinks in SuccessCycles

A lot of our playbooks have action items that link to resources outside of ClientSuccess. Currently the SuccessCycles description field, nor the individual tasks support hyperlinks. It would be a lot easier if a CSM could follow a hyperlink from a SuccessCycle to do item.
