tagging (clients, contacts, and engagements)

the lack of tagging ability means we need to leverage more and more custom fields. This clearly isn't scalable for either party. We would use tagging functionality across a number of use cases. Examples include inclusions in specific marketing campaigns, webinar poll participation (and attendance), other software they use etc.
