Using the "Usage 7/30/60/90-day Average" as the healthscore metric

Currently the only metrics offered are the %change for the metric or the total number. I'd like to use the running average rather than the percent change, to measure health. If a customer is using 100% of their licenses day over day, thats a 0% change, and isn't as good an indicator of health as "100% usage average for last 7/30/60/90 days" is. If they're at 100% usage, they're likely healthy, and should get points, rather than being dinged for no change in usage.
