Greater Engagement Metrics
Right now our only options are "Last Engaged" and "Last Touch" which include emails. This really dilutes customer engagement.
We would prefer to have a breakdown of "Last Call", "Last Email" and "Last Visit". These metrics would provide greater insight for how our customers are actually engaging with us.
