Voicemail or Call "Touch Only" Engagement Note
Right now, there is no option to leave a VM note for customers. Having our team leave a phone call note for a proactive outreach will update both Last Touch and Last Engaged.
There's the workaround of leaving a manual email note which will only update Last Touch; however, we would want to see some sort of CSM report that could also track how many VMs or outreaches our team have made.
