Send email notification when new NPS response is received
I would like to have the ability to enable an alert that would email the CSMs when there is a new NPS response.
Currently, I can only see the responses when I specifically remember to go check if there are any new ones, and this might delay reaching out to customers, especially when they provide negative feedback.
