Allow CSMs to set a pulse score for each Product

With only being able to set one pulse score for an account, it makes it difficult to see when a client is extremely satisfied with one product and at severe risk with another product. This added layer of visibility would help with revenue forecasting and understand which products are providing the most value to our clients.
