Radio Buttons/Dropdown Questions
I would like the ability to add follow up questions into an NPS survey, that are either a picklist or radio buttons, so I can help collate more granular feedback, without having to sift through comments.
For example, I want a customer to be able to give their score, add comments but then pick the areas that have driven their score (Product/Support etc).
