Monitoring who has received NPS Campaign

When we send NPS campaign, it's impossible to know who received it ?
And because there are many contraints with other campaigns, it's hard to monitor.
On top of that, in team, CSM have to send a specific NPS campaign to clients post launch. There is no way to monitor if it has been sent or not.
