Data Integrity
I imagine that most customers will be integrating more than one system with Client Success, especially Salesforce or equivelant.
At the moment, if you were to delete a "Contact" in Salesforce, the record in Client Success would remain, and would need to be manually removed.
Similarly, there is no way to filter out AND update these types of contacts.
This makes it technically impossible to maintain data integrity across two systems, whilst working at scale.
By way of example, I have a contact who was deleted from Salesforce some time ago - the record now does not exist in Salesforce, but is still present in Client Success.
