When logging into ClientSuccess, make the initial page a "Dashboard" so that the CSM can see the list of their To-Do's and Alerts for the day.
OR
Add a list of Alerts to the To-Do page, so you can see them all in one page, move them around to prioritize them, or bulk edit them.
