Additional Survey Options

I would like additional options in terms of surveys - for example, I sometimes want to gauge interest for certain events/activities, and would like to be able to capture things like "yes/no" responses.
It would also be useful to be able to add additional questions depending on certain answers, much like you can do within Survey Monkey.
It would make life a lot easier if we could leverage the data in Client Success for the "Co-Piloting" of emails/surveys.
